not that anyone cares but this is the only platform i have to speak where I wont be sued so I will discuss this here. Its pretty much TLDR unless you are interested in disability politics.

Looking for hidden sources of income via that "starvation company" from the US again in a pilot project.
This looks like it could head to the courts over pay-pal's terms of service and donor privacy. Especially if the "UK ASD Suicide Causer" is marking it wrong as "income". Besides I see a lot of #ODSP recipients losing access to pay-pal as what the Government of Ontario is doing may violate PayPals terms of service as well.
(I'm not a licensed attorney though so this is just legal rend).
In reality though their spending $3000 to look for $50 -100 a month maybe? (under 1000 a year?) That could be probably argued as a "charitable donation" (meaning a 6000 yearly allowance for vs a dollar for dollar deduction) at thesoon to be disbanded by the current Ontario Government Social Benefits Tribunal.

All in the efforts of shaving off pennies from the government dime and on the the backs of "The People" (Doug Ford has said he wants charities and municipalities to cover more of the "cost of social assistance" and "life stabilization" then they are though--so this action doesn't surprise me).

Don't believe me? check out the #ODSP hashtag from twitter at the number of "social capitalists" who rely on crowdfunding to get their groceries.
In reality though If you are receiving money through it it PayPal has an obligation to collect your Social Insurance Number from you(or ban you from using the service) and they report ALL money received to Revenue Canada (this includes monthly amortized statements if you have A GST number[ https://www.canada.ca/en/revenue-ag.....er-charge.html ] like ODSP requires you to -- https://www.mcss.gov.on.ca/document.....port/5_4.pdf).
Yes... like a Credit Card or your bank account, they have 100% access to every single itemized transaction from CRA at the push of a button. THEY DONT NEED FUCKING SCREEN SHOTS ITS JUST TO KEEP YOU HONEST.
(Its a part of the loss of autonomy you have when you sign up for #ODSP)
They don't need to see your PayPal at all to gather the information right as its a wallet and not an account. Unless they wanna go after the donors or payees themselves...
Asking for 6-12 months of papal statements beyond their privilege is just an unnecessary power grab and makes the program more complex/expensive to administer...
Not simpler....
