I appreciate all your responses and I'm hoping that the ones who are dealing with the same things are doing alright.

I'm in a bit "coma-ish" state and honestly I want to kick myself out of it. Not only it's all been sad and hard to deal with, November in Moscow isn't the best time in general because you literally have no sun anymore (always hidden by the heavy clouds, yay the Northern hemisphere), everything is grey and the actual day lasts for around 6 hours and is getting shorter and shorter, it's 3 pm right now and it's already getting dark. Plus I wasn't able to work properly. So I need some action - but not too much.
