I can't believe it's already December already. It's been over a year since I've been out of work, and how things proceed right now is very up in the air.
However, what I can say is that this month I will be releasing a holiday themed story that will also be submitted to the Voice of Dog, so there'll be that to look forward to.
Right now I am trying to focus on one project at a time (while I try to finish all the partly completed things and get a handle on what I have) and to train myself to be in a healthier mindset. It's slow going but I know a lot of it is mental.
I'm pondering what to do for a holiday video this year but it may be just a simple holiday greeting so we'll see, but once I am employed again I have some plans for a few things I'd like to do but at the moment I can't predict too far into the future.
I'm waiting on a few Christmas gifts but hopefully they'll arrive on time. Whether I go to mom's largely depends on my employment status. If I have a job, I may have to figure on an alternate plan, but for now, I'm just doing the best I can.

Unemployment isn't that big of deal, you're certainly not alone and you Are doing the best you can.

Well, it's certainly a bit nerve wracking while I don't have any money coming in... But I'm ok for now.
I don't have a lot of Christmas outfits period, never mind enough to do a fashion show. ;) I've done some cute and funny things in years past, least I think so, but I didn't really think about it much this year despite having the time. But usually I just have me and Shrag, and I try to keep it as uncomplicated as possible due to not having a camera person and at best having the two of us and not wanting to inconvenience him too much.
Yes it has to be, but thing's will break soon I can feel it. You'll have a Better job and making More money than you did before.

And it's completely understandable that you wouldn't have spent much time thinking about it this year, you've had a hard year with a Lot of thing's running in the background....sort of like a server with the ad block turned off.
To be honest we've all had a rough year given everything going on in addition to this accursed pandemic.

Some years I've just done a basic holiday greeting, if I come up with a fairly simple skit script we usually do that, but odds are this year will be a simple one rather than anything semi elaborate since that stuff usually takes planning, help, or both. And yeah, I definitely could use a camera fur. Generally it means fixed angles if it's both of us or semi dynamic if it's just me, but there's a lot you can do even solo if you know how.
I know people who haven't even gotten as far as the second interview process yet... You're actually doing very well so just hang in there, you'll get what you're looking for.

I agree if you know what you're doing you pull a lot of stuff off as a self camera person, but honestly draggy has no idea what he's doing and as a result I often take Really good close-up's of my thumb!
*snuggles* You can still do a lot of good stuff with limited resources, a lot of it just requires some thought. Some years I have a good idea for a cute skit and I just need a prop or two. I may not be a pro furry filmmaker but I do a decent skit.
