One week ago, we adopted three 5 week old baby rats. Yesterday morning as I was giving them breakfast, we noticed Towelie was honking & crackling every time she got excited or was sniffing something. Luckily, we were able to take her to the closest emergency vet for treatment, but unfortunately, she racked up a hefty $660 bill for the treatment she required.
