Questions for Freelancing Artists uwu

To my freelancing artists friends, i have some questions:
1) How do you find works ? Do you post notices ("im open for commission !", etc) on your social media ? Or is there any other places to do so ?
2) Is this your fulltime job ? If not, are you freelancing for other things, or employed by others ?
3) If you are Malaysian, do your freelancing jobs earn you minimum wages?
Im considering options, so any input will be helpful. Thank you all in advance ❤️
