I'm worried I won't know the time is right or not. She's declined horribly but she still retains most of her diet. All of our other animals stopped eating. But I think she's had a stroke of some kind, she tries to walk and falls over gasping randomly. She's been peeing on the bed but seems alert and fine other times.

It feels unclear to me because she retains her diet :( but I don't think I can let her go on like this. She seems uncomfortable. I don't know when to decide. I'm giving her a week on meds they gave us but after a week if nothing happens I'm going to have to decide. I'm worried it won't be clear, because she still eats and enjoys being pet. I feel like I should wait until she declines further but I don't think I want to do this to her.

I'm sorry for your loss.:( did they live long? My cat is 10yrs, I assumed shed live longer.
