Recommend fursuit makers w/ exosuit experience

I am beginning to conceptualize what I would want in a fursuit. Yes, it will be Balros, big floofy squirrel.
But specifically I am thinking of having at least the arms be exosuit-like. I insert my arm, slip my fingers into a glove, that glove is connected to a much, much larger handpaw.

For me, just finding a fursuit maker willing to make a *dragon* suit has been very difficult.
Whilst the fingers can be made to grasp objects through the use of brake wires linked to the digits of an internal control glove easily enough, wrist movements as featured in the StarCraft II intro aren't so easily transmittable without the use of a servo-assisted force control system, which requires a power source to work properly and thus an additional weight to lug around. At that point, you may as well consider looking at a full-body rig instead, and doubly so if you intend on doing any lifting or carrying with the arms.
