Sketchbook Issues
As many of you know, I've started a new sketchbook which I have been posting.
Today, I have been having issues with my sketchbook. The paper is very thick and rough, which is great for pencils but not for inks.
The paper sucks up the ink like Blotter paper and muddies up the lines, which is exactly what happened today.
Maybe I'll post it to show my mistakes and errors, not liking the pose now as well. Artists are our own worst critics but still, I feel not shame but failure I guess.
Oh well I'll try again and leave out Inking.
Also I think I've been using too many Photo Refs for pose layouts, I need to free think it more.

Speaking of poses, have you seen the program DesignDoll?
I used to use Pose Maniacs way back, which worked but it wasn't very easy to find the pose you want at times.
I'm not used to quality paper to be honest, most of my papers have been printer papers or cardstock.
I look forward to see what you come up with always watching you!
