It's pretty minor, but the latter is more annoying and way less minor and that is: People confusing my sona for being a female and/or people downright not acknowledging not only intersexed people but trans people as well and just saying that my sona is "just a flat-chested female"

Scientifically and genetically, it is possible for a person to be born intersexed, however, it is a somewhat uncommon occurrence. There are many different ways someone can be intersex. Some intersex people have genitals or internal sex organs that fall outside the male/female categories — such as a person with both ovarian and testicular tissues. Other intersex people have combinations of chromosomes that are different than XY ( usually associated with male) and XX (usually associated with female), like XXY. And some people are born with external genitals that fall into the typical male/female categories, but their internal organs or hormones don’t. Basically, your body was a wee late on deciding whether or not it wants to be male or female, so it either said "FUCK IT, LET'S GO WITH BOTH" or decides that you're a male, even though you have girl bits or a female, even though you have boy bits
