Do you have a blood oxygen tester? It isn't necessary, but that's the big thing I've seen with this virus, to keep an eye on your blood O2 levels. As long as your levels stay normal/high, you shouldn't need to go to the hospitol; it's when those numbers drop that you need to be careful.
If you don't have one, just keep track of abnormal drowziness, skin looking paler/bluer than usual, and other anemia-esque symptoms.
Beyond that, just eat healthy, stay as active as you can, and keep an eye on what your body's doing.

Not gonna lie, for a sec I thought you'd tested positive for something...let's say substantially more *permanent* than COVID. So I'm almost relieved that that's what it was! But still, take care of yourself, you can beat it.
