People yell about stealing NFTs but a whole frigging bunch of them are stolen images in the first place.

NFTs are automated by necessity, since they are designed to have no controlling authority. There's no way to verify who owns something, so they just allow anyone to claim ownership of anything. The only reason anything has value is because some group of people have decided NFTs are valuable.
