I’m so sorry to hear it. I hope you feel better and remain healthy

Just remember to drink water and stay hydrated while fighting off the fever from it, and even if you may not have taste, remember to try and eat if you can as well to get plenty of rest.

Additionally a humidfier may help ease some symptoms while going through recovery, I've been there and done that, while it isn't the worst thing I've experienced, it's something I don't wish on anyone.

Do what you can to treat yourself and your family member and I'm hoping for a swift recovery for the both of you.
