So yeah sorry for my silence, but been dealing with a lot. The most recent issue is now with my wife's health once more.

I've summed it all up in the GoFundMe link that is listed below, but the TLDR version is that she had been taking some meds to help with a lung nodule/phlegm plug; however, the meds are turning against her and her body is in so much pain that she may be filing for temporary disability while she recovers. Needless to say, it looks like I need help financially again...
