Capture Card recommendations?

i’ve noticed that capture cards have come down pretty significantly in price.
Been thinking of getting one, wondering if anyone has a brand recommendation? 
Seeing some that say they work for all the consoles
Anything that captures HDMI without introducing too much delay I think would be fine? Probably only realistically need 1080p capture as well.
