Right now I'm looking for someone to draw a character idea I had recently. Here's what I'm looking for in said artist:

-Can draw both anthro characters and humans (this character has an anthro dragon form and a humanoid form)
-Willing to draw full-body inflation
-Maybe a discount for additional characters?
-Would be willing to include an alternate version with lactation, free or paid

And the idea behind it:

A humanoid character who has the ability to shapeshift into a permaflated dragon, both versions drawn. Alt version would involve very forceful lactation. I'm looking for a flat-color art piece for two reasons: to show the character's colors more clearly, and so that a lactation alt would be easier to add. Also, I'm looking to have the piece feature both versions of the character.
