I like some personal attention sort of stuff, and tapping and scratching. I often turn ASMR on when I want to sleep, it works like a charm
Roleplays are my go to. A example could be things like hair cutting (take cuts of your hair and cut it into the mic), measuring me (tape measure clicks), or more out there stuff like alien examinations and stuff.
