✦ You must be 18+ to buy art from me

✦ Each piece has an allotted time of 60 days to be completed. If more than one piece is ordered at a time, it will add another 30 to the final due date.

✦ I do NOT work on deadlines, if you'd like your piece done by a certain time please order with my allotted time (60 days) in mind

✦ You will receive a sketch of your piece, if you'd like more wips please ask

✦ Once the sketch on your piece has been approved, it cannot be changed

✦ I will only alter the piece 1 time (unless the fault is mine) after it is finished. Each altercation thereafter will result in a +$5 charge.

✦ Finished pieces are your responsibility to back up. The files will be kept in my stash for around a week, and on my computer for a month. After that they will be removed and deleted.

✦ I have the right to refuse a commission for any reason

✦ You may repost on other sites, but you must credit back to me

✦ Art is strictly to be used for personal use, non commercial


● Payment & Refunds


✦ Payment is due up front via paypal only, within 24 hours of the invoice. If not, both the invoice and your commission will be cancelled

✦ Refunds will not be issued unless the allotted time ( 60 days ) has passed, and you have not received the final product

✦ I do not accept payment plans


● Blacklist Policy


✦ Hiding bids on auctions/adopts

✦ Ignoring messages about a commission, adopt, or ych

✦ Ignoring invoices

✦ Backing out of a claimed ych slot/adopt/commission

✦ Difficulty working with you/rude behavior

✦ Breaking any of the points outlined in the journal
