Hey everyone! It’s a new year and that means it’s time for new commissions! I’m sure you all know the drill by now, but if not, I’ll repeat it here!

Comms are $20 for every thousand words (0.02 USD per word) and payment is done through Paypal. I accept payment upfront for the length of the story you’d like, anywhere from 1,000 to 4,000 words. If you have an idea, all you have to do is DM me through any available channels, then I’ll decide from yours and any other applicants whose story will be done for the month. There are a few things I typically will not write, but run your idea by me either way! We’ll talk it out.

Once your commission is accepted, I'll go ahead and write an outline. Once that's done, and your place in the queue is reached, I'll send it to you so you can approve it. At that point, you pay in full and I get writing. You'll have full access to the google doc it's being written in, so check it out and keep tabs on how the story is going.

Now, as for the announcements… this will actually be the last time commissions are accepted in this way. Think of it as a last chance sale! Once February rolls around, the price of commissions will be going up. Now, this is for a variety of reasons, but chiefly because I have less free time for comms these days, and being a real adult is a bit more taxing haha. As mentioned in previous journals, my attention will likely be shifting away from them for quite some time.

Now, the specifics haven’t quite been decided yet, but the new price will likely be about $30-$40 per thousand words from then on. BUT there will also be new shiny commission types for art captions and short stories. Stay tuned for more info over the course of January!
