10. When you wake up I'm: Usually half awake and it takes a while for me to fully be awake and alert. Drinking two glasses of water and then one or two cups of coffee really helps.
11. When your about to sleep I: Put on calming sleep music from my "BetterSleep" app and I usually listen to music on my Spotify to help me sleep better.
