For Immediate Release
Following a recent scare with my personal health, I am making the decision to cancel my appearance at Anthro New England this year. I cannot guarantee the health of myself nor the person I now live with (who can't get vaccinated due to legitimate medical issues). I am a bit disappointed in having to make this call, but I feel like now isn't really the best of times for a big convention
Regardless of your opinion on the matter of C-19, please stay safe out there, especially if you are still going to ANE. I know the current state of things is complicated, but... Vaccinated people can still get sick too. I learned that the hard way and had to call out sick from work for the first time in several years.
Hope to see you all at a future furmeet or convention. I'm going to take some more medicine and lay back down again.
