There are stories going on that the President of the United States is planning to have certain cash apps to report transactions to the IRS.
On PayPal, Venmo, and Cash App if you make more than $600 a year, you have to report it for taxes.
This is mostly targeting business accounts, but personal accounts might accidentally get involved with this crisis.
So I wanna give my commissioners and future ones a trick to not be mistake personal transactions for business transactions.
That is to write on the notes, "Personal Payment" before you send the money to the artist that you support.
