YCH based on Naruto

Fuuuh, how I really wanted to draw art based on Naruto anime!

Naruto is one of my first and favorite anime. Of course, there are many drawbacks, such as fillers, a protracted plot and a bunch of flashbacks. However, that's what I really love about this anime: well-developed interesting characters, a bunch of unusual invented techniques and amazing music!
For a long time I could not come up with a plot for Naruto art, because I needed to somehow introduce a completely new furry character into the Naruto universe in such a way that everyone could find out what kind of universe it is by any identifying signs. I think I've found a fairly working option!
Please share with me, do you like anime? What do you think about Naruto?

FA+

naruto is... one i liked and gradually arrived to despise
I like most side characters, but when it comes to the titular character, his edgelord love interest sasuke and major villains introduced in shippuden, writing takes... a gigantic downfall
speaking of shippuden:
Naruto's gradually turns into a mary sue and has always been the least interesting character in a series named after him, this is evident on the fact that the best fights are those that DON'T INVOLVE HIM.
Kurama is the embodiement of a deus ex machina power source with no real personality aside of "what the plot needs" that has NOTHING to do with actual nine tailed foxes
The autor writes himself in a corner and resolves in a demented way problems that has made for the sole sake of artificially raising the stakes.
The idea of character being strong because of birthright is something i hate and it's constantly showed into your throat, turning everyone but supervillains and protagonist into basically yamcha, despite having better characterization and design
rock lee gets absolute character assassination into a comic relief after providing the best fight in the series
sasuke is annoying and should have died. Only thing that made me appreciate the episodes around him were his allies.
in short, a story that should be about ninja (which are commonly known as silent assassins with improvised weapons) ends up to become around this annoying thing with supersaiyan power level, that brute forces most of the problems he faces instead of using strategy and never killed anyone.
...also fillers are bad
But I prefer to view this anime as a fairy tale that has nothing to do with reality!
As for the incredible power given at birth, I slightly disagree with you. Since one of the main themes of this anime is the path of transformation from a worthless and helpless child into a powerful strong defender! And it's great that, despite the initial advantage in the face of the nine-tailed, Naruto still sucks very often in fights at the very beginning. And this makes him increase his strength.
speaking of that
sure, it's implied that naruto sucks from the very beginning
but i was refering about shippuden, where:
1: one of the skills he uses makes him learn faster than anyone else, so that he can cheat training
2: it's revealed that even without kurama ex machina he has a fuckton of energy because of his uzumaki bloodline, as well as having an hokage as father
3: it's revealed that he is the reincarnation of literally half of the most powerful warriors in that world's history, and thus it's (poorly) explained why he is so talented and he's given even more powers
4: he pays no real prices for all the powers he uses, most blatantly the rasen-shuriken, a technique that was interesting because of the damage it does to the user, which immediately gets stripped by what made it balanced by havong naruto be able to just throw it
i like regular naruto, it's just how it continued with shippudend that felt more like a fanfiction than anything else
also NO, I HAVEN'T watched boruto.
if you want me interested on a seuel, ypu need to give me quality in the previous entry
I think the coolest thing is that Naruto has remained a sympathetic kind fool even after acquiring such power!
And Boruto sucks in general under any scenarios! XD
the sharingan/rinnegam has a bajillion different abilities that really doesn't spunds like part of the same world where kakashi and zabusa spent 5 minutes of making hand sigils to cast a big water snake
i would have loved naruto even more if it hqd a more balanced power scale, had naruto and sasuke been characterized in the same way as side characters and didn't made the tailed beast potrayed with something more akin to the actual creatures in folklore (i just adore kitsunes as effemminated shapeshifting tricksters and would have been perfect fit in a world of ninja)
one last thing: kaguya in naruto suck ass and the perfect fight against her was already been made in 2004 with imperishable night
and fullmetal alchemidt
