Haha yea, I'm very lucky because I inherited nice skin so I don't have to wear makeup if I don't want to. I used to be quite the looker! But over the years I just stopped giving a hoot about that stuff. Lately though I've been feeling like maybe I could use a touch of confidence.

Haha yes my style needs an update! I was going through my old stuff and there's like bright red butter gloss lipstick, and tan shades of foundation.

I'm like ohhhh boy I need to age my makeup a few years haha, something more my shade of pasty gremlin white 😂 But there is a metric ton of pink in there, at least some things never change 😁

Yes, I want to start programming my own video game this year as well! I already know what game I want to make...I just need to learn how to program to begin with! 😅 I think it'll be fun to learn!

So far, I'm kinda failing. My one resolution was to actually start submitting stories for publication and I still need to get my rear in gear. Not that I actually expect to get published this year. It's kind of a crap shoot at the best of times, so it's kind of good to keep your expectations low since a lot of the time it's up to the whim of whatever editor. But you can't do it if you don't try!

Still. It's early in the year yet, so there's still time for both of us, and I hope you have a lot of fun with the make-up!

When I was younger I used to date a gal who is a writer, so I understand the struggle publishing can be and the toll it can take on the author. I wish I had good advice but just keep at it! You seem like the kind of person that can make it for sure, I think you can do it! All you gotta do is try 🥰

Haha age is just a state of mind! My nail polish box is so pink you'd think it belonged to a 16 year old girl. I used to work in a 'professional setting', and a lot of the gals are over 50 and we'd all share polish and makeup and whatnot that was wild like the glow in the dark stuff, and the galaxy color shift polishes.

I say go for it! For me I have some sort of mental block. I grab the stuff sit down in the mirror, and I just can't bring myself to sponge it on. I'm going to do some pink nail polish tonight though you've inspired me haha, baby steps. Big confidence! or more realistically... small confidence! 😊
