To all those who worried about me last night, rest assured that I am fine this morning. Yesterday morning one of our puppies had dug a hole under the fence and gotten into the neighbors' backyard. Again! So this time I had to build some wooden forms around the holes and pour concrete into them, each of which task was a lot of work. I had to go to Home Depot twice, and ended up getting four sixty-pound bags of concrete mix. I used up all four bags, and mixing more than one at a time was very tiresome, especially with that rickety old wheelbarrow that couldn't stand straight, causing the cement to leak out of one corner no matter what I did. We should have replaced that thing years ago. But at least now the puppies won't be able to dig under the fence, at least not in the same place!
Anyway, the whole experience has left me tired and sore, so I'll have to take it easy for the day.
