Hi there, and thanks for taking the time to browse my TOS ^w^
This may be updated at any point without warning, but I will ensure that any updates to my TOS are respectful to my current commissioners and their respective projects <3

Please help me maintain a courteous atmosphere during our contact both in public areas such as comments, and in private messages within and outside of FurAffinity.
You may be declined and/or blocked if I feel that our engagement is becoming uncomfortable or hostile.


RIGHTS & PERMISSIONS
- The commissioner has the right to post their commission anywhere they'd like. I would appreciate credit to either my FA or my Twitter.
- The commissioner can freely edit their commission so long as the edit does not alter the intent of the original image or include material from my NEVER section below. (If you choose to edit your commission, please state that the image is edited so that viewers don't get a false sense of my work ^^')
- I retain the rights to my finished works for personal and commercial use.
- I have the right to decline a commission for any reason. Although if your idea is declined, adjustments to the details can be discussed and possibly accepted after ^_^
(Declines are fairly rare, and the two most common reasons for an idea to be initially declined are if I feel that my artistic skills aren't up to the task, or if the idea involves debatable or prohibited content discussed in my TOPICS section below)


CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
- The commissioner may cancel their commission any time, but once the invoice has been paid, refunds cannot be requested.
- I retain the right to cancel a commission at any time. If I cancel a commission that has already been paid, I will issue a full refund.
- If the commissioner has not been able to contact me for over a week regarding the progress of their commission, I will issue a full refund upon request.


OLD FILES
Please keep a copy of your commission <3
While I try to keep the originals of commissions I do, I can't guarantee that I'll always have them. If you happen to misplace your original, you might only have access to whatever resolution happens to be posted online, or if unposted, may lose access to the artwork.

- Characters not owned by you (unless I can confirm the owner's consent)
- Sexually explicit content (At the moment this type of NSFW content is for friends, events, and Art Slave buyers only)

NEVER
I will not accept explicit nor implied content that includes (but is not limited to) any of the following:
- Pedophilia
- Non-consensual sexual acts
- Hateful or hurtful content towards any individual or group
- Bathroom kinks
- Beastiality ~ (as determined by the failure of this same Harkness Test)


Note:
Rarely, I may invest a greater amount of time on a piece, enhancing the quality further or adding extra love and goodness, or even adding accompanying separate sketches or extras. I most commonly do this with good friends, repeat customers, or characters who I just really particularly admire. Bonuses like these are not indicative of my standard practice or quality; please know that instances like these are just friendly gifts that might happen, and should not be the expectation.
