Dark greenish-brown.

GATOR!


Hmmm...I'd think a really dark green/olive color.

For gator I am thinking a combo of olive and lime green. Or bright orange.

Don't ask me why.

For Clydesdale Chardd, a maybe a copper brown for the light tones, and russet for the darker ones (mane and such), with some mahogany highlights every so often. A bit into the red side of the spectrum, but they look pretty good in my mind's eye.

For 'Gator Chardd, camouflage green for the majority of his scales, olive undertone, transitioning into ochre towards his back scales (the ones rising from his back) and light chocolate his goatee. I can't help but see this guy in anything other than earthy colors, camouflage for if he spent his life in a deep river within a lush forest or jungle.

Huh, funny how these two are in opposite colors in my mind.

Horse: A blaze down the face is always a turn on. Nice brown coat.

Gator: Dark green or black with a creamy or white underside.

A dark reddish/brown color for either character would work.

Actually greys and greens for the gator grey and greens make wonderful color schemes.

the horse could be brown with greys and reddish highlights perhaps his eyes should be a bright emerald green. where the gator has blue eyes. Aww iw anted da bull to win. but the horse better win.

Hmm... well, both are awesome in their own individual aspects... but you see a lot of Horses in FA. Gators need some love... So, I would be voting for the Horse... I mean the Gator (plus the name suits him well... =3). Sorry Horse ^^'

As for the color... I'd say the color of Leatherhead from TMNT ^^ or that of a color of a Triceratron ^^

Oh, make the horse a steel gray with dabbled shoulders, back, and rear. Silvery tints through his main and tail, royal blue clothing or a rich purple variant like eggplant. Deep chocolate brown/mocha eyes or a deep blue would really be neat. Dark dark brown lined hooves and a nice thick shoe to carry all that drafty weight.

Gator... well forest green with tints of lime, moss and undertone of yellow? Being a titian you could tip his scales with a gold or silver :)

You'll chuckle, But Dark Midnight Blue. Or, deep mahogany.

Well, for the gator, I say earth-tone colors. Gators tend to camouflage, as such probably stick to that. So, I'm envisioning something like an earth-tone green, or a green with some touch of brown in it... a bit on the darker side. As for his chest, and inner thigh, groin and under his tail, a different shade of green... still earth-tone green... but greener (and maybe a bit lighter) than the rest of his body. Maybe when he gets excited or aroused, the color on his chest, inner thigh, groin and under his tail lighten up even more or a brighter type of green. As for his goatee color, go dark brown. This can make it interesting cause if he has your back to you, you may not notice him until he turns around :)

As for the horse, since he's a drought horse, I say a Belgian drought horse. They have brown heads, white torso (or dirty white), the forearms and lower legs are black... as is his tail. I think either of those would work very well.

For the gator, purple.

For the horse, a finnhorse colouring would look nice. Light, reddish brown with a blonde, flaxen mane. "Vaaleanpunarautias" is the finnish term for the colouring.

The horse should have a brown face with his muzzle being white. His body also brown with his arms and legs a nice white.

The Gator should be green body, with his hair a white color.
