I thought I'd do a overall rules of use for any adoptables and art thats bought from me.
YOU MUST BE 18+ TO PURCHASE MY DESIGNS
IF YOU HAVE BOUGHT THEM BEFORE AND ARE UNDER 18, THATS FINE BUT FROM NOW ON 18+ ONLY.
-when buying-
-any trades must be finished within 2 months, im more than willing to give you a time extension just talk to me about it
-extentions can't be more than a year
-I can hold characters for you for up to 3 months for cash payments
-PayPal only
-Yes!-
-comercial use
-NSFW work
-reselling/trading/etc just please let me know who you sell them to so I can keep track of the characters, I love seeing the art people make using designs I've made!
-reselling for the price I sold them to you, you absolutely can resell for higher if more art of them is made
-reposting the art I've made with credit to me and a link back to where you bought them from.
-changing anything about the character, design personality. Etc. It's yours! You do what you want with it! You want to change the species, fur pattern, colors, gender? Do it!
-No-
-do not use characters or art bought from me for racist, homophobic, Transphobic, etc. material.
-do not use characters or art bought from me for any sort of bigoted behavior.
-do not use characters bought from me for NFTs or any crypto related things.
-do not resell charactdrs for higher than you bought them for unless more content is made for the character.
-do not use for content pertaining to Vivziepop or the shows made by said person.
I do not sell to
-empty accounts
-Fat fetish, foot fetish, fart/fecal matter fetish, diaper fetish artist
-people who fetishize trans bodies, especially Trans women's bodies. No "D*ck girls" or "F*ta". Exceptions are Trans folks who make that kind of content of their own identities and people depicting Trans bodies in normal NSFW situations
Any breaking of these rules will result in Blacklisting from any future adopts and you will be blocked.

I have absolutely nothing against you or your kinks, it's just for personal reasons I do not want my designs depicted in this sort of fetish material.
I also DO NOT have a public blacklist as I feel this is unnecessarily petty.
