So, I may or may not have mentioned this before, but I'm planning to get out of my country and emancipate from my family. I don't want to go too much into the details, but basically I've been stuck with a cult of New Age weirdos who drink literal hallucinogenic poison to reach "enlightenment", so I want out of it, but my parents aren't aware of it.


And thus, I'm going to start a personal fund. The plan is to buy the essentials to move out: a passport, external hard drives to carry my archives, clothes, suitcase, new pair of glasses because mine are busted (I'm currently using duct tape and a popsicle stick to keep it together), and a new smartphone. Finally, new computer pieces, or a new computer altogether.


On top of that, I need money. Lots of it. Which is why I'm going to keep commissions open for the time being (though it was kind of obvious I wasn't closing them any time soon). I'm also going to promote my Patreon page again (https://www.patreon.com/ComteUlrich) , if you want to either donate or become a mecenas.


The reason I need so much money to begin with is because my country's currency, the real, is currently... very undervalued. As an example, I tried to donate to a friend, and 100 reais barely amounted to 18 dollars alone.


I don't know the exact quantity I need to move out, but if I were to guess it would be... around 5k reais or more. To get there, it's going to be rough, between buying food for myself (because my diet is very poor thanks to my parents' egregious vegan diet), and the other items I've mentioned before.


But! I'm determined to get there. I just want a better life away from this crazy family. Wish me luck.
