[3D Lothar] Update about my game animations

Hello !
Thought it would be good to give you a more detailed update about the actual progress of my game project with 3D Lothar.
First of all, yes, it's taking A LOT of time, I know, i'm aware of the "problem", but please keep in mind that it's a huge quantity of work and I can't pay everything immediatly, it must be done as multiple separate payments. The pro animator who is working on this also has another project in progress, so that's why it takes additional time.
Just don't worry, this project is very important for me, and it will not be left dead. Never. I got a few donations from generous people, to support this project and it warms my heart so much. Thank you, so very much. When everything will be finished, the names of the contributors will be displayed <3
Here is the actual progress list of the animations for my model. The ones that appears in green are finished/ready, and the ones in orange are still in progress/not started.
- Idle on ground.
- Alt idle on ground.
- Idle in flight.
- Walk.
- Run.
- Look directions.
- Take off.
- Fly at low speed.
- Fly at high speed.
- Glide.
- Land.
- Jump.
- Attack with maw on ground.
- Swallow whole attack.
- Attack with paws on ground.
- Attack with ice breath on ground.
- Attack with ice projectile in flight.
- Sleep.
- Reaction to taking damage.
- All the required transitions / connections between the different states / animations.
- Some animations may be added or deleted (ie: i'm unsure about the sleeping animation, that could be replaced with something else).
Also, all the sound pack for Lothar is ready.
I will keep this journal updated as I receive new animations =)

When all this will be finished, though, 3D Lothar should be able to be added to any moddable game that is powered by Unreal Engine. And that's the main point of this project :3 Having Lothar as an "additionnal content" for an existing game.
But question~ Is this your part of some project game?
I don't plan to create a full game with a scenario and unique maps, that's out of my ability (lacking skill and money^^). I could try, I would love to, but I know nothing, it would take me so much time. But hopefully I will be able to create a very simple game with the ability to "play as Lothar", move him around in a map and do some actions. When all this will be finished, though, 3D Lothar should be able to be added to any moddable game that is powered by Unreal Engine. And that's the main point of this project :3 Having Lothar as an "additionnal content" for an existing game.
And oh I dont think i was aware you where making a game. that or just forgot. But awesome, and understandable that it would take time
As I said in the other comments up there, don't expect a full game with a scenario and unique beautiful maps, that's not the point of my project :3 I will give people the ability to play as Lothar in a map, moving him around and do actions, but nothing too much advanced. However, once everything will be done, it will come as a pack that should be able to be added to any moddable game that is powered by Unreal Engine, that's the main point of this project ^w^
Lothar will be playable.
