Terms of Service for DudeRedBlue

1. Agreement
By commissioning me, you (“Client”) agree to the following terms. Please read them thoroughly.
2. Commission Process
Contact: Inquire via Discord to duderedblue (DudeMemo#6625), Gmail (duderedblue@gmail.com), Instagram, Facebook or FurAffinity.
Quote & Details: I will provide a quote. Please provide clear details and references.
Invoice & Payment: An invoice will be sent. Commissions begin only after payment is received.
Progress Updates: I will provide WIP (Work-in-Progress) sketches for approval.
Completion: The final high-resolution file will be delivered via Discord, Email or Google Drive.
3. Payment
Currency: Payments are accepted in USD/$ via [e.g., PayPal, Ko-fi, Stripe].
Refunds:
Full refunds are available if I cannot start the work.
No refunds after start to work.
4. Client Responsibilities
Provide clear, concise information and visual references.
Respond in a timely manner during the WIP stage.
Credit my work when posting it online (e.g., link to my Twitter/FA profile).
Do not profit from the commissioned work beyond personal prints/sharing (unless a Commercial Use license is purchased).
5. Usage Rights & Copyright
I (The Artist) retain the right to display, reproduce, and use it for self-promotion (portfolio, social media, etc.) always the client accept it.
The Client receives the right to use the artwork for personal use (display online, print, use as an icon/avatar). The artist must always be credited.
Commercial Use (merchandise, resale, promotion) requires a separate, purchased license. Please inquire.
6. Will Draw & Will Not Draw
I will draw: Furry/anthro, SFW, NSFW, Anime. (Please ask about specific kinks/fetishes).
I will NOT draw: NSFW/18+ content involving extreme fetishes, underage characters, gore, scat, satanic or occultism references.
7. Changes & Revisions
Unlimited minor revisions are allowed during the sketch phase.
Major changes after approval may incur an additional fee.
No significant changes are possible after the lineart/coloring stage.
8. Delivery Time
I will provide an estimated completion time. This is an estimate and can be affected by my health, workload, and the complexity of the commission. I will communicate any significant delays.
9. Termination
I reserve the right to cancel and issue a partial refund for any reason, including but not limited to: rude behavior, failure to communicate, or requesting content that violates my "Will Not Draw" list.
By commissioning me, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

"Will Draw/Will Not Draw": This is CRUCIAL. Be extremely explicit about what you are and are not comfortable drawing to avoid uncomfortable situations.
Commercial Use: If you don't offer it, remove that point. If you do, clarify the price or that it's a separate discussion.
