Leaning towards Kofi Integration
So, I've been pondering if I should put my eggs into this sort of pay thing and become a bit more formal ... or at least facilitating a community a bit.
So, I ran into this: https://medium.com/@kofi_blog/patre.....e-e2ce81a4334e
Based on this, does anyone know of any reason why I should go with Patreon vs. Kofi? This seems clear cut, but, we may be only seeing on side of the story.
Thoughts?

Looks like a pretty reasonable decision to me. Patreon has greater visibility, but for you, Kofi seems a better choice. In particular, the monthly creation requirement may be a problem for you; not that you don't produce stuff regularly, but the pressure of being required to do so would be an issue.

It's about knowing yourself. I already have deliverable cadence with work and it slides off with things like doing artwork. I feel if I do things this way that success is much more likely without adding more stress to the system.

Ko-fi currently has less of that "puritan" creep creeping into it where certain themes (or just NSFW stuff) gets shadowbanned.

Also feels like they're actually building their platform, and constantly improving it while Patreon seems to stagnate!

All of these are good points. I forgot that Patreon is doing some shadowbanning stuffs when it's NSFW and it seems that my art is aiming a bit in that direction too.

Kofi fits your style better in my opinion.

I tend to agree after all the feedback that I've been getting.
