By purchasing an adoptable from us you agree to our terms so read this please!
× GENERAL ×
• The bases are always created by Kotokki.
• The designs are always created by Yaelle.
• We don't accept to hold.
• We will almost always do SFW, you have to pay 15€ extra for Not Safe For Work.
• We can bid for you if you can't do it yourself.
• You are only buying the digital version, not the printed version.
• After claiming an adoptable, you have to send us a note with your PayPal email.
• Your purchase includes: The version in its original size and better resolution.
• You may not commercial use with an adoptable without our permiss. You'll have to pay +100% of the price of the adopt for that.
• If you don't hear anything/receive an update from us after 2 weeks please message us!
× PAYMENT & REFUNDS ×
• Payments accepted - PayPal
• The final price will be received by one of us and divided by two, we are engaged to send half to each other.
• You have no right to cancel or demand a refund from the artists under any circumstances after payment is received.
• We don't refund anything.
• If you file a chargeback against us on Paypal, your right to everything we have ever made for you will be retracted and we have the right to sell the copyrighted artwork to new buyers. Also note that you will
be blocked and you won't be able to purchase anything from us anymore (commissions, adopts...).
• For auctions: DO NOT retract yourself or you may be blocked.
♦ On your first problematic transaction you'll receive a simple verbal warning.
♦ The next time you back down from the auction you'll be blocked and loose any future opportunities to buy art from us.
× COPYRIGHT ×
• You may not claim the artwork as yours.
• You, as the commissioner, are allowed to re-upload our work. As long as you; Credit us in the description of the piece you are re-uploading.
• The art belongs to us, so we can do whatever thing we want with it, always giving credit for owning the characters.
• You can not edit, draw or anything like image without authorization.
• The illustrations always carry our signature/watermark, never remove them.
