Question: What fandom has lost lot of fans

Hard to say given the natural ebb and flow of fandoms with time and stuff, but I'd say Kingdom Hearts. Rough wait time of 14 years for a main game continuation lost a lot of people, and the plot in between only grew exponentially convoluted for anyone new interested
