I just saw the latest Nintendo Direct and here's what are my thoughts about it.
Once again they start off with a bang. Hyrule Warriors got Age Of Calamity for Breath Of The Wild, now it's Fire Emblem Warriors turn. That's right. Fire Emblem Warriors Three Hopes is gonna take place during Fire Emblem Three Houses game.
It was released only in Japan via Super Famicom, now Live A Live is coming to the Nintendo Switch! This is gonna be awesome!
While there's no info on the rumored leak of Mario Kart 9, we did get something else. DLC to Mario Kart 8 Deluxe is coming next month. As usual if you have the Nintendo Switch Online + Expansion Pack, you can get this right away or pay about $25 each wave. It has some classic tracks like Coconut Mall from Mario Kart Wii. I guess we'll keep waiting for Mario Kart 9 new later this year. In the meantime we can enjoy the DLC they're offering.
Finally! A new Mario Strikers game is coming out! It's a shame that the Kermling goalies got replaced with Boom Booms though. You can play with more than one major Mario character, but to balance that out you have to get the hyper strike orb.
Awesome! Like Splatoon 2, Splatoon 3 has its own Salmon run with new Boss Salmons. And what's this? You can pass the golden eggs to another player or to the basket? Awesome! Now we don't have to worry about getting overwhelmed by enemy salmons.
More content for the new Kirby game, Kirby And The Forgotten Land is played. I know Kirby has a big mouth but what he inhales is ridiculous. Oh cool! Kirby can upgrade his copy abilities for more firepower! I can't wait until late March to play it!
Chrono Cross remake is coming out so I got a question. Chrono Trigger on the SNES when Nintendo?
No freaking way! Portal 1 and 2 is coming out! I played Portal 2 on my PC but not Portal 1 so it'll be interesting.
What? How? Earthbound 1 (Mother 2) and Earthbound Beginnings AKA Earthbound Zero (Mother 1) is coming out? That's so cool!
I never play any Klonoa games so I'll give a chance once it comes out.
While we never got any news about the Sequel to The Legend Of Zelda Breath Of The Wild or an official trailer for the new Mario movie, Nintendo did end the direct with Xenoblade Chronicles 3 is coming out! I've played the Definitive Edition of Xenoblade Chronicles 1 so it'll be interesting to see what this game has to offer.
