You know, it's pretty pathetic when the only Valentines' Day treats you get are from your mother! I've never had someone special in my life and I probably never will. I wish Valentines' Day never existed!
You're not pathetic. Try not to let a Hallmark, reason-to-sell-candy holiday get you down. There are many people (myself included) that are not interested in having 'someone special' in our lives.
