ask me???
Hey guys! I'm on an emergency trip, but I'll be back to work very soon. But for now, let's have a little interactive!
You can ask me any questions you have about me. By the way, I live in Russia (western part of Siberia) and will also gladly answer you about life in the country (only without delving into politics - I try not to meddle there)
It will also be great if you add an interesting fact about your country to your comment.
There are so many of us on this platform and I'm sure we have a lot to share with others!
I know few stereotypes about Russia, but for example I can assure you that I donβt have a balalaika, but my boyfriend has one lmao he learned to play it at a music school in his childhood
I will wait for your comments <ΠΠ·

Also, if I am not mistaken, a lot of minerals are mined in the Urals. I was passing through those places, and it is very beautiful there!
As a person living in a temperate climate, I am used to very low temperatures. Quite calmly in the middle of winter, the temperature can reach up to -40 Celsius. And it's cold without high humidity! To the east, in the same Yakutia, the temperature drops to -70, and I have no idea how people live there.
Honestly, I love winter, but I would like to live where there is not much snow and cold :0
The height of snowdrifts can be from a meter to two, somewhere like that.
There is a rather popular ski resort Sheregesh in my region, but I have never been there :(
Thank you for all the cool facts about Russia, friend. :3
I doubt there's much interesting to learn about the US, but I know a fair bit about my State of Arizona, to which we are the only place where the Saguaro Cactus grows (y'know those cactuses with that plenty of cartoons has)
Honestly, I may have misunderstood your question, so please correct me.
I grew up in a small town where many people know each other, but this is clearly not a community. One way or another, this is more of an urban environment, so the neighborhood is not so important. You can nod to each other when you meet on the landing, or you can just walk by and not say hello anymore (this also depends on the people themselves).
There are many villages in Russia, it so happened that I spent little conscious time in such places, but there people communicate well with each other, being neighbors, because they live side by side for generations.
At the moment I am in rented apartments and I see no reason to communicate with the rest of the tenants, because one way or another I will leave this place, but if I finally settled somewhere, I would definitely make friends with the neighbors!
But still, pretty nice to know~
