I think why people like that is more about release. Like the idea of something filling up inside your body then releasing it does sound arousing, plus the taboo nature of it does make it feel riskier

Imo the difference is that vore isn't realisitcally possible. Those other kinks ARE, and they can actually kill you with all the disgusting bacteria and germs.

An important part of vore for me is the prey coming back after being digested.
So yeah, no, it's not realistic unless you're an axolotl.

Different strokes for different folks, I suppose. It grosses me out too, but it's likely because I don't have the fetish. Kinda like how most people view vore, for example. At the end of the day, if it's legal and hurts nobody, I don't have much of a problem with it. Just don't force it on me is all I ask

I always believed that fetishes kind have different levels. Most people would find vore weird and or disturbing depending how much detail is in it. Foot Fetish is weird but i think if it was like a scale it would be above vore since its weird but unless crushing is involved its not really disturbing. Scat and watersports though? that's definitely down there. Weird disturbing and gross. To each there own but there is definitely levels of...weirdness
