Starface Adopts TOS
1. You may trade or resell an adoptable you've purchased from me.
2. You may only sell my adopts for the amount you've spent on them. (for example base price + the art you've bought or made)
3. You Must credit me for my designs. My toyhou.se is Goblins
4. You may not make a "closed species" off a design you purchased from me or a “twin” .
5. You May not "age down" my designs to make them babyfurs. You may not draw underage porn or sexualized minors of my designs. Doing so will result in your rights to the design being revoked. This is the only case where I will take a design back without refunding you.
6. You may not make your own set of rules for reselling my designs.
7. You MAY use designs you've bought from me in merchandise as long as YOU made the art and it is not my art.
8.By Purchasing one of my designs you recognize that breaking one or more of these will result in black listing.
9. you NEED a Toyhou.se to own my designs.
10. Do not delete my designs off of Toyhou.se. I use it to keep track of them. If you need a toyhou.se code, I can provide it!
11. Dont use my designs to ape someone else's, or copy someone else's closed species.
