It really hurts. All of my stress right now, (because I am doing sooooo much better now that I am learning to deal with certain aspects of my life) revolves around these two and their conversations.

I have come to some very harsh realizations that not many will agree with. But if you knew how things have gone, and how they continue to go you would probably agree.

You can't stop people from choosing to talk about you, all you can do is remove yourself from the situation. Imagine an online forum where people were in the midst of raging arguments about you--the best way to keep your sanity is to not go there and look at the discussions.

Inform both of them that they can continue to argue, that's their choice, but not to drag you into it in the form of being pissed at you/not talking to you. And also inform them that if they continue to drag you into it, you have the recourse of giving them the heave-ho from your life.

This is a tough situation..... My first instinct was to tell you to forget them both and leave them to their fight and see if they realize that their fight caused them both to loose you. If they make up and come back to you then thats good, but other wise.. I learnt this the hard way with people i cared about (Note i said "cared"), They left me and i learnt how much they meant but it was too late.
