Moving status update

Hello, everyone.
A while back I got in contact with a real estate agent regarding the sale of my apartment. It was scheduled to be listed this past Friday, but I think the agent may have misunderstood and listed it before. Regardless, I already have one buyer interested who had the best offer. All that is left now is paperwork and setting a date for the actual closing. So sometime in April or May at the latest, I should have completed the move.
I had fears that I could be left waiting for months before it would sell. But that was not the case. And with my last day at work being this Friday the 25th, I will be using my time towards getting things ready.
For those still waiting for pics, I should have time to either start or continue them. I want to finish what I owe (and people can now see why I won't charge until I am ready to deliver) before I take the flight towards my new home. I want to start there with a clean slate.

Strange that they put it up early like that. Still, it is always a relief to find a buyer as soon as possible, especially one that pays well too. Hopefully they paperwork will go smoothly as well.

Great to hear man! Hope you take some photos, too bad I was not able to meet you in person before you head over the pond. But hey nobody said I can't hit you up over there and for vacation as well. Great news tho. :)
