Greetings. Usually due to my bad english, I'm just a silent artist that has been on this site for 13 years (God I'm so old)
At 5 am on February 24, we woke up with the words "The war has begun" I lived through this day, waiting for news from all my friends and relatives who live in Ukraine or near its borders. If you follow my twitter, you can feel my despair for yourself.
We did not receive information from relatives from Kiev (my grandfather is Ukrainian, his brother's family lives in Kiev)
My friends from Ukraine periodically get in touch and report on what is happening in their cities. My best friend from Crimea is still safe, but his city is dangerously close to military bases and is now considered a military facility.
Nobody of civilians wants war
Rallies and single pickets are taking place all over Russia.
In Moscow, Red Square and Pushkinskaya Square have been blocked and people are being detained. People chant "no war" if someone did not go to the rally - they spread information on the Internet.
Unfortunately, civilians can do little, the system of repression is very well developed in Russia. There is a new decree "everyone who disseminates information that is distinct from the information of the official (Putin's) media will be arrested"
You have to understand that Russia is a place where protests don't solve anything. But they still exist and will continue to exist.
Maybe I'll be jailed for this post too

All artists from Russia are now on edge and do not know how to live on if the sanctions affect PayPal - we will literally lose our only source of livelihood. People withdraw their savings into cash, because at any moment, the state can take away our savings from a bank account.

I will try to fulfill all commissions and possibly collect new ones. Please forgive me for any delays.
I am already resupplying food for my elderly dog, because there was information that the supply of food and medicine for animals would stop.

I thank all the people who wrote to me on Twitter and followed the information from my friends from Ukraine with me and sincerely worried. We all pray that this day will be nothing but a bad dream.
