Sadly these sanctions are necessary, but the people don't deserve it... I do hope sincerely that this whole situation gets resolved quickly...

If you don't support the war then ordinary people need to organize and fight back against Putin. Just like we would here in america if our president did something this idotic. Just like your people did with Gorbechav (I might be misspelling his name) before Putin. Its never easy. Its never fun. But internal armed rebellion while the russian army is attacking Ukraine is likely the only solution at this point.

If Putin will see what people will start rebellion (with weapons) he will not hesitate for a second to order to shoot those who try to stop him, even if they are residents of his own country. I don't think anyone of us blames the Russian people for this. We know there's a difference between Kreml and the people; we've seen the protesters in Russian cities on the news. As far as I know, Putin are being painted as a mad man for this. We also know that the sanctions will hit the people the hardest, and we're very sorry about that.
