I don't believe this is happening

I am a person who tries to prepare for the worst development of events.
In recent years, I have tried my best to shut out thoughts that a war could arise between Russia and Ukraine.
I sincerely tried to believe that in the modern world, when people understand that war is not an option, that there are no winners in the war, but only grief, I believed and hoped that there would be no war between us. Many of the Russians have friends and relatives in Ukraine. And so do I. I was born in Ukraine. What is happening now is terrible.
In Russia, there is now an active propaganda of the "necessity of war". And we are forbidden to have a different opinion. People are actively going to rallies, but they are being taken away. Now we all feel powerless in the face of the situation we find ourselves in.

Now I'm ready to take commissions without limits on the number of slots (for months ahead). It is not known how much time will pass before PayPal is turned off in Russia. And I still have a mortgage. Art commissions are my only source of income right now.
I hope this war does not turn into something more terrible.
I really hope this nightmare ends soon.

I am hopeful it will end soon too, and that hope is reinforced by the unity of the world, standing with Ukraine, and supporting them against the actions of a tyrant

as the threat of being homeless looms over me, I can't financially help but I'll spread to message
for the non money reasons they know i am physically sick, and being a mental health housing agency they are very much triggering bad depression... but i have a financial out... if the lawyers are willing to let me get the money in time.
I had been considering getting another commission from you for a while now since you did such a good job with my last one, so I think now is as good a time as any. I'll send a note soon.
