I'm sorry to hear this, and I hope things get better for you soon. Don't know exactly what you're going through, but I've been in dark places too, and it's important in those moments for me to remember that there are more people out there who care than I might be aware of day-to-day. I'm basically a stranger, but I've followed your writing for a long time and admire a lot of what you've done.

I know you've mentioned not having the energy to talk and such over the last year or so, but if you ever do feel like venting or reaching out to someone, don't hesitate to reach out. I'm happy to share any contact info that would be useful to you. Sometimes it's easier with someone you don't know well.

I really enjoyed listening to you on your Unsheathed podcast. You had a lot of insight and it was really enjoyable. It made me want to learn more about you and read what you wrote, so I read the Seventh Chakra and I loved it and started searching for more your writing.

So, yeah, I certainly do not know you personally and I do not know why you feel you were never good enough, but I do wish that things would start going your way.

If you've got a goal for yourself in mind at least, I hope you're able to find some traction working toward it. Sorry to hear you're not feeling so great about yourself and I hope you find some sources of positive energy to help on that front.
