Тут уж только ресерч поможет. Пост который ты скринул я видела, но это просто скрины отрицательных отзывов с сайта. Тут тогда стоит задаться вопросом, почему мы доверяли Пейпалу в таком случае, у него ведь тоже далеко не 5* на отзовиках.
Наверное самое стремное, это сайт пейсенда. Выглядит конечно отстойно. Но в таком случае пайонир - старая и хорошая альтернатива, к которой вопросов такого плана гораздо меньше.
