Terms Of Service:
◊Commission Slots:
> To ask for a commission you can:
-Send me a note on FurAffinity
-Message me on either twitter account
> I'll be checking each message at the end of each day and start contacting the first 10 requesting people.
> If giving up in a commission request, it's okay as long as you haven't realized payment. When this happens the next in line will be contact and ask if still interested in requesting a commission.
Can draw:
Furries
Humans
OCs (Pokémon, MLP, Digimon, etc.)
Feral Animals
Mythical / Fantasy Creatures
Won't draw:
Very complex mechanisms (some exceptions might be possible to consider)
Some fetishes (ask first)
Political / Discrimination themes
Minors (nsfw)
(If there are topics that aren't mentioned here that you would like to ask, those could be put up to discussion).
(I reserve the right to deny any request that could make me feel uncomfortable or not possible for me to create).
◊Queue List:
> Commissions will be assigned by order (First call first goes).
> A list of activities will be posted in the bio.
> If more than one order get paid, I will start with the one who paid first and so on (I'll be working one at a time, so please be patient).
◊Payments:
> Payments via Paypal (Will look for more alternative payment options in the future).
> Payment will be done after confirming the concept for the art piece.
(Changes can only be done during the sketching process, after defining the sketch and realizing the payment the contents won't be changed).
◊Deadlines:
> Time lapses start as soon as I contact you for working in the piece. Please be patient in waiting line of Queue List.
> From 5 days to 3 weeks. (Depending of complexity and communication between updates).
> The time lapse will begin at the start of the sketching phase, not at the request order.
> If something complex problems like health issues or higher priority matters get to happen during the work process, the commissioner will be notified and requested for some time to fix things up).
> Once the piece is done, the full size will be send to the client and a smaller version will be posted on FA and other media accounts.
◊Other Rules tied to the Commissions:
>The artwork(s) / piece(s) that you commission from me cannot be use for commercial products or reproductions for creating any kind of merchandise that you desire to sell. Personal use is okay.
(Digital banners, Profile Pics, single printable pieces for personal uses like playmats, mugs and prints are okay as long as it stays within the personal range and not used for monetary gain of any kind of currency or benefit).
>Drawings / illustrations that you commission for a function or purpose within the terms of what you designated for the artwork for in a digital platform. (Web banners, digital elements, pfp, etc.)
>Also any drawing I create cannot be used on an AI program for creating any kind of replica, alternate version, video or any material that links it to the artwork.
I do not support the use of AI for "art" creation, nor I acknowledge "AI Artists" as artists. Drawing is something that has to be respected by all especially by the art community.
