Everything is ok, but paypal is not working

Thank you for your attention!
I must warn that I am looking for analogues and in the near future I will not be able to accept payments on PayPal.
Now the list for consideration is:
- By Me a Coffee
- paypal intermediary (some Ukrainian artists I know worked this way through Russian artists who acted as intermediaries in the transfer of payment)
- Patreon
- Boosty
(Russian-language analogue of Patreon, there is support for English(at the bottom of the page in the right corner there is an option to switch the site to English.))

I am amusing now the situation with the description of my profile:
before: "Hello! I am an artist from Russia!"
after: "Well, I'm an artist from Russia..."
I noticed how some artists remove their country from the profile, fearing harassment. Hope it doesn't come to that...
while there are analogues for payment, I opened accounts on: Patreon(I have had it for a long time, but I did not use it for such things.), Boosty(already received payment) and By Me a Coffee(already received payment)
Unfortunately, I heard that some Russian artist was losing their commission or being harassed because of the situation in Ukraine..
The real culprit is the president, his government and his army, not all the Russians on the planet. ^^''
