I don't know yet how it works, aside from biting certain amount of cash which can be transfered via Paypal.
And I don't have one yet, so it is not safe for me to do this until I get little more secured.
Edit: And don't worry, Umi~ There will always be a next time for everyone else~ No matter when it comes, we can all look forward to our chance with the sweet water dragon someday~ At least I believe so, anyway~ :)
