I had TONZ of FUN with this, so, NEXT ROUND! Even those Users, who got an OC in the first Marchies can take part.
These will be Flat Colored Sketches, however I might choose some to completely Finish.
To take part, you must be Watching me! Those who started Watching Me after seeing this Journal, cannot take part!
-I will give a base for an OC, choose whichever you like, but every user can only pick ONE!
-First come first serve! Whoever comments their need for a certain Base OC first get that one.
