TEMP JOURNAL ENTRY = New wave of pokemon fanart?
You know? I've been thinking.
With my love for the "Lilo & Stitch" franchise? (Knowing how silly it is) I plan to design some anthropomorphic pokemon characters on the side, as stuff to be loosely inspired by it.
The idea would be to design an interesting one; the concept is that they all have some details left on their backstories, and how they took on new identities as "pokefolk", as they seek to make sense of their new lives.
In addition, I might design some adoptables on the side, too!
For this art challenge on the side? I plan to theme them after games I feel should be ported onto the Nintendo Switch! (With the ones I keep being side characters.)

Ruby: "Huh? Are you of a new species of pokemon?"
Stitch: -notices Ruby- "Not really; I'm a spectrobe. There ARE other creatures besides pokemon, you know! Besides...even if I was a pokemon, shouldn't your pokedex notice it?"
-The pokedex Ruby holds scans Stitch and identifies Stitch as NOT a pokemon!-
Ruby: "Oh! Sorry about the confusion; I was just curious!"
Stitch: "Accidents happen!"

Or perhaps a bit where Ruby meets up with Lilo, Stitch and a Deoxys (that Lilo caught) in Hawaii...and maybe are on the lookout for ultra beasts in need of being brought into safety! (To protect them from Pokemon Hunters, even!)
Regardless? I think a crossover between "Lilo & Stitch" and "Pokemon" would be a cool idea, honestly!
